Proximity to ski slopes, excellent indoor pools, scenic views from balconies

Half-hearted maintenance evident!!! Broken fixtures and neglected safety alarms are alarming!!! More consistent pool temperatures would really enhance the experience!!! Addressing noise from outside bins would be an easy fix!!!

Had the twin room and it was big and well furnished in your complementary bathrobe. We had fruit and eggs in the morning. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Close to the center of town, ski slopes, village and souvenir shops and restaurants...

Pleasant place to unwind after skiing and enjoy the nearby fine scenery.

The view from the hotel was stunning.

One male staff member was rude when asked about TV remote control. Female staff, two we dealt with, were helpful and cooperative.

An really good stay! The staff's friendliness, especially in the spa area with its variety of saunas. The food was consistently delicious, with a good breakfast spread and creative evening buffets.

The location was good, near center of the village, easily accessible.

Too expensive for what it was worth. I would not rate it 4 stars. The food was mediocre. Hotel is old, the decor reminds me of Soviet Union style of hotels, they play absolutely obnoxious pop music all day long in the restaurant, which is filled mostly with retired people or family with kids. No-one thought of changing the radio station or what? Price included entry to the swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. Sadly only swimming pool was open , sauna and steam bath closed. We wanted to have a quiet getaway break instead we had a very noisy week in this overpriced hotel.

Everything there where amazing, including great facilities. We enjoyed fruit and eggs at breakfast. The breakfast was varied, the check in was friendly.

Hotel Kompas features inviting common areas with ample seating. The spacious dining room is filled with natural light.

Improved ventilation in rooms would enhance comfort.

It was very comfortable, easy access from airport,vaue for money and very close to the slopes

Evening disco was cancelled, and when we asked the night porter why, he was quite rude

The big room we got on the ground floor was perfect for our dog. The staff were attentive . The swimming pool offered a great escape during the rainy weather. We also enjoyed beautiful mountain views.

The only downside was not enough soundproofing, as we could hear some noise from outside.

The indoor pool is a highlight, especially with a separate area for children. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh baguettes, but the dining area felt too crowded at times. It's worth noting that the family rooms were on the smaller side was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the delicious all-you-can-eat menu and the lovely breakfast options every morning. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day in nature. The shower could have been a bit better, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 🌟
